Returns & refunds policy

All sales final

Because Trace Peptides products are sold strictly For Laboratory Use Only and ship as temperature- and integrity-sensitive materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened, unopened, or used peptides once they have left our facility.

Damaged or defective shipments

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or visibly compromised, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, vials, and shipping label. We will replace the affected items at no cost once the claim is verified.

Incorrect items

If we shipped the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the original shipment.

Lost or stolen packages

Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package leaves our facility, and Trace Peptides is not liable for lost or stolen shipments.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of claim approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error originated with us.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting support. Once an order has been processed and a tracking number issued, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to file a claim

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number, batch number, and photos (if applicable). Most claims are resolved within one business day.
